In the early years of the Great Depression, Cadillac maintained its reputation of producing exquisite luxury automobiles encapsulated by their iconic slogan, "The Standard of the World." For 1931, the Series 355A V-8 chassis received a significant styling update. The new design embraced an elongated, lowered silhouette sitting on an impressive 134-inch chassis.
