Produced from 1979 throughout 1985, Fiat’s Spider succeeded the 124 spider that was introduced in 1966. Through both generations the bodies were designed and built by the Pininfarina, with styling cues for these beautifully small sports cars derived from those of some of Ferrari’s top road cars of the 60’s. Power was delivered by Fiat’s twin-cam 4-cylinder engine 2.0-Liter unit shared with the popular Brava sedan.
